48 degrees, 15/20 mph wind, perfect day to get my 2nd hole in one. Smooth pw from 135yds, hit 6 inches right of the hole, bounced twice, spun back into the hole.

It was a hot humid 98 degree day on 8-5-18. My buddy Darren & I had a twosome scheduled for a 1:18 tee time. We were pair with a gentleman from Oregon named Jim that was in town visiting his daughter. We approached hole 8 a short par 3 with a two tier green. It measured 89 yards to a red flag, I grabbed my Gap wedge. I hit a nice high shot. As the ball landed short of the pin, it stuck and then released. As it released, I said that should be real close & as it rolled towards the roll Darren said "Or in" as it dropped in! I didn't really have reaction until after the fact. The neat part was there was a young kid standing on his deck of his house near the green that got to see it all happen. I have been golfing for 24 years & this was my first Hole-in-one! Hopefully something I can do again!

1st Ever Hole in One

First one 10/07/2018. Hunter Golf Club in CT, Hole #2 186 yards slight up hill middle pin. Hit a perfect 6 iron right to left draw could only see the flag. One of my playing partners said that it was going right at the flag. I knew I hit it well, but thought nothing of it. Walked up to the green and couldn't find my ball. Playing partner looked in the cup and there it was, my Titleist Pro V1. I saved the ball and have it properly displayed.......as any hole-in-one ball should be displayed!!

I have been playing for 6 years. My game is up and down...in the water...in the woods..etc. The day before our LGA match play tournament my friend took me out and gave me key points on clubs...yardage etc. The day of the tournament i pulled up to hole 4...an over the water, up hill, red flag. I looked at my notes I took, grabbed my 4 hybrid and walked to the hole. I so wanted to get over the water so I did as she said....heard the swoosh as i swung the club...pointed my shoulder to my intended target and swung at the ball with an intended follow thru. Up in the air it went...took three rolls and ..VOILA! In the hole!!!! YAY!

40 years - Worth it 1st Hole in One....

It wasn’t pretty, it wasn’t as I pictured it would be. First we could not see the hole. I hit my shot and instead of a skyward rising arch of beauty, it was a semi skull line drive rocket. We heard it hit the pin and heard the pin wabble. We drove up to the green and Chris was the first to see that there was no ball on the green. He walked up to the hole, looked in, and a looked at me with a huge grin and shook his head that the ball was in the hole. I quickly got out of my cart to confirm. And that was my ball in the hole. Not pretty. But in, in one.

First Swing of the day at Pasatiempo

I made a hole in one on my first swing of the day in a Golf Channel Am Tour event. Shotgun start on hole #3 with a Titleist ProVIx and I don’t play anything but Titleist ProVI’s.

Oh look....there it is....in the hole. Next hole please.

Playing with a group of 12 (3 foursomes) in the middle group. HHCC had recently sanded the greens. I hit first saw that it landed and let other hit. The guy in my cart skimmed it off the water so after everyone hit, we looked for his ball. When I finally got to the green the two other guys were marking their balls and setting up their putts. I thought they must have marked my ball so I started looking for the ball. Finally looked in the hole.... The group behind us said it was the most subdued reaction. Took a couple of pictures and moved on.

Biggest tournament my club holds, a 2 man scramble, match play. Shoot a qualifying round for flight, 64 teams, 8 flights. First time making championship flight, 2nd seed. Won first match pretty easily, playing previous year champs in 2nd match. Been playing quite well all day and up 1 going in to the par 3 13th, playing about 144 that day. I had hit a smooth nine about 5 yards past the hole and made the putt earlier in the day and after my partner missed the green I had the nine out again. Partner convinced me to hit wedge. I did, right at the hole. Shadows were tough to really see what happened but immediately knew it had a chance and we couldn't see the ball anymore. About 5 seconds go by and the spectators by the green start clapping and cheering, it had gone in. My ProV1 had landed 3 feet past and spun back in, stayed pinned between the stick and side of cup for a bit and then dropped. I'm a 4 handicap and have been very close many times, less than an inch 3 times so it was pretty cool to finally make one. Immediately took that ProV1 out of play and carry it in my bag for good luck. Ended up being a bit pricey but it was worth it. We went on to win that match 2 and 1, and also won the championship match 2 and 1.

I was playing at Bayside Golf Club, in Brule, Ne. It was my first golf trip with a buddy and his future father in law. The weather was awful, cold and raining, we were still excited. Hole #2 short par three was playing about 115 that day. Swung and hit it like I wanted too, it seemed to be good. Then it just disappeared. We all jumped and yelled, we were the only ones on the course. The course was very cool and let me keep the flag from the hole. From that hole forward I’ve only played a ProV1x.
